Fulfillment: Kits ship on annual prepay, or after first paid invoice + 30 days active, or once 80% of profiles are complete.

Note: Replacement and extras billed separately. Shipping included for contiguous US. If a seat cancels before kit ships, the kit is voided; reactivation restores eligibility.
