Getting Started
Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for a free account and you'll automatically begin a 14-day free trial (21 days if you use a referral code). During your trial, you can:
- Create your first digital business card (vCard)
- Customize your card with your information, photos, and links
- Generate QR codes and NFC tags
- Start capturing leads immediately
- Explore Grow plan features during your trial
No credit card required to start your trial!
A vCard (virtual business card) is your digital business card that you can share via QR code, NFC tag, or direct link. When someone scans your QR code or taps your NFC tag, they instantly access your contact information, social media links, portfolio, and more. You can also capture leads directly from your vCard.
Referrals
Share your unique referral link with others, and when they sign up and make their first payment, you'll earn $19 in credit that's automatically applied to your next invoice.

You can find your referral link in your dashboard under "Your Referral Network". Simply:
- Copy your unique referral code or link
- Share it via email, social media, or any other channel
- When someone signs up using your link, they'll automatically be linked to your account

You receive your $19 referral credit when the person you referred makes their first paid invoice payment. The credit is automatically added to your account balance and will be applied to your next invoice. You can track all your referrals and pending credits in your dashboard.
Trials
All new users start with a free trial to explore Vinc risk-free:
- Standard trial: 14 days for users who sign up directly
- Extended trial: 21 days for users who sign up with a referral code
- Grow preview: During your trial, you get access to Grow plan features (14 days for standard, 21 days for referred users)
What happens when your trial ends?
- If you have a payment method saved, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan
- If no payment method is saved, your account is suspended (you can reactivate anytime by adding a payment method)
- You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime during your trial
During your trial, you have access to:
- Launch plan features: 1 vCard, up to 50 leads, basic features
- Grow preview: Access to Grow plan features for the duration of your trial (download tracking, multiple templates, etc.)
- All core functionality: QR codes, NFC support, lead capture, analytics
This gives you a full experience of what Vinc offers before committing to a paid plan.
Trials cannot be extended, but you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during your trial. If you sign up with a referral code, you automatically get the extended 21-day trial. Once your trial ends, you'll need to select a paid plan to continue using Vinc.
Subscription & Billing
Billing cycles:
- Monthly: Billed every 30 days at the monthly rate
- Yearly: Billed once per year with a 16.7% discount (save $38 on Grow, $78 on Scale)
- You can switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime
Plan management:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing
- All plans include the same core features, with limits based on your tier
Payment methods:
- Add or update your payment method anytime from your dashboard
- Payment methods are securely tokenized and never stored in plain text
- Automatic billing ensures uninterrupted service
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processors. Payment information is securely tokenized and never stored in plain text. You can add, update, or remove payment methods at any time from your dashboard under Billing settings.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan features until then.
- All plan changes are processed automatically and you'll receive email confirmation.
Yearly billing offers significant savings:
- Grow Plan: $19/month = $228/year, or $190/year (save $38)
- Scale Plan: $39/month = $468/year, or $390/year (save $78)
- You get the same features regardless of billing cycle
- You can switch between monthly and yearly billing anytime
Yearly billing is perfect if you're committed to using Vinc long-term!
Cancellation & Data
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged for the next cycle. You can reactivate anytime by adding a payment method and selecting a plan. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Your data is safe! If you cancel, your account is suspended but your vCards, leads, and all data remain intact. You can reactivate your subscription anytime within 90 days to restore full access. After 90 days of suspension, data may be archived but can still be recovered by contacting support.
Reactivating is easy:
- Log in to your account
- Go to your dashboard
- Add a payment method (if you don't have one)
- Click "Pay Now" and select your desired plan
- Your account will be immediately reactivated with all your data intact

If you approach or exceed your plan limits, you'll receive notifications prompting you to upgrade. For leads, once you reach your monthly limit, new leads will still be captured but you may need to upgrade to continue accessing all features. We recommend upgrading before reaching your limits to ensure uninterrupted service.
Yes! All plans include QR code generation with all pattern options and NFC tag support. These core features are available on every plan, from Launch to Scale. The difference between plans is primarily in the number of vCards, leads, templates, and advanced features like CRM integrations.
Support
All users have access to comprehensive support:
- Support Tickets: Available to all users. Submit tickets directly from your dashboard for technical issues, bugs, feature requests, or troubleshooting questions.
- Contact Admin: Scale plan exclusive feature. Direct messaging channel for billing questions, account issues, or urgent matters requiring immediate attention.
- Knowledge Base: All users have access to guides, FAQ pages, and setup instructions in your dashboard.
Response Times:
- Launch & Grow: Standard response times (typically within 24 hours)
- Scale: Priority support with faster response times
Submitting a support ticket is easy:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to the "My Support Tickets" widget
- Click "Submit Support Ticket"
- Fill out the form with your issue details and category
- Submit the ticket - you'll receive tracking information
Support tickets are best for technical issues, bugs, feature requests, troubleshooting, or questions about how to use features. Your ticket is tracked in our support system for faster resolution and follow-up.
Support Tickets: Available to all users (Launch, Grow, Scale). Best for:
- Technical issues and bugs
- Feature requests
- How-to questions
- Troubleshooting
- General platform questions
Contact Admin: Available to Scale plan users only. Best for:
- Billing and subscription questions
- Account management issues
- Urgent matters requiring immediate attention
- Direct communication with the admin team
Important: Contact Admin is a Scale plan exclusive feature. Users on Launch or Grow plans should use Support Tickets for all support needs. If you need Contact Admin access, consider upgrading to the Scale plan.
Note: This feature is only available to Scale plan users.
To contact admin:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to the "My Messages to Admin" widget
- Click "Contact Admin"
- Fill out the form with your message and select a category
- Submit your message - you'll receive a confirmation
You can view all your messages and replies in the "My Messages to Admin" widget. Admins typically respond within 24 hours. This direct messaging channel is perfect for billing questions, account management, or urgent matters.
